MAB trainee receives state prize

Weiden. For the first time in the company's history, a trainee at MAB GmbH from Weiden has received the State Prize for the outstanding completion of his training. Production technologist Felix Meierhöfer was the best graduate of his year with an average grade of 1.0 in his vocational school certificate.

MAB Managing Director Marco Bauer and Training Manager Dennis Freitag congratulated Felix on this impressive result and the award by the government of the Upper Palatinate. "We are very proud of Felix, who has more than earned this award with hard work and talent. But also for us as a training company, which places the highest value on sound and practical training, this award is a great recognition and confirmation of our commitment," Bauer said happily.

The "MABzubi", who completed the training within only two years instead of the usual three years, was equally convincing in his theoretical and practical achievements. He achieved 96% in the final examination. He dedicated his journeyman's work to the "Optimisation of a plant assembly" using the example of a real product development at MAB GmbH.

Starting in the coming winter semester, the award-winning trainee will study mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich.

MAB GmbH wishes Felix Meierhöfer all the best for the future!
